  What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver within the San Francisco Bay Area (San Francisco, East Bay, South Bay, and North Bay). If you are not within this area, we can mail your items or you can pick your order up from our store on will call.

  What is the protocol if I want Safeco to deliver my items?

8AM-12PM Delivery = Call in before 4PM the day before 1PM-3PM Delivery = Call in before 9AM the day of *These terms are not guaranteed and subject to the availability of our drivers.

Provide the following information: Delivery address, name and cell phone number of person receiving, desired time of receipt

If you are receiving an order that requires a forklift, you must have a forklift ready upon receipt. If your order requires multiple people to unload, you must provide the personnel to unload. If Safeco has to make additional trips because you do not have a forklift or people to receive you will be charged additional freight for make-up deliveries.

  What if I have an emergency (e.g. inspection) and need my items right away?

We approach these on a case-by-case basis. Please consult with your salesperson regarding this matter. A premium freight charge may be billed in these situations.

  Will I be charged freight for delivery?

In most cases, you will be charged freight for delivery based on the distance, size of your order, and urgency. We will notify you of a freight charge at the time you place your order.
